An active musician, cellist Jill Kaeding is known for her versatility in all mediums of music. As the cellist of the West End String Quartet, she travels and performs with Corky Siegel’s Chamber Blues, an inspiring blend of blues harmonica, piano, string quartet and percussion. Jill is also a member of the chamber group, Trio Elan (flute, cello and violin), which has released the compact disc “Premiere”, and the Revolution Ensemble, a group featuring a combination of string quartet and jazz quartet. The Revolution Ensemble has recently recorded the innovative CD “Kabbalah Blues/Quantum Funk”. She has a degree in cello performance from DePaul University and maintains a private teaching studio in her home.
